After taking you along on our trip through France and the Italian Riviera recently, I thought it would be nice to break it up with a feature of a few of my fall essentials – it’s mid October after all! Although being back in Los Angeles hardly feels like fall. It’s one of the things I miss most about my Northern California upbringing. The changing of seasons, colorful leaves and layers! What’s fashion without a few layers. Especially for fall right? Don’t you just crave the crisp air, your favorite pair of Hunter boots and scarves! Oh how I miss scarves. Instead of collecting snow flakes this season, they’ll be collection dust bunnies.
One of the thing I’ve been looking forward to since returning home has been revamping my fall wardrobe. I’ve been adding my wish list purchases to my Shop page like a true shop-a-holic. In the meantime and in addition to that, you’ll find a ton of my top selects from Nordstrom, aka my default! As if the new store at The Grove isn’t amazing enough (I could spend hours in the new shoe section), they just launched their new Tory Burch watch collection that I am beyond excited about! Definitely my first investment of the season. I learned about the collection launching while in New York for fashion week at their show. After seeing all of the classic and graphic styles they designed, I knew I was going to have the hardest time picking which one I’d go with. I am so colorful with my clothing choices (for the most part) that I like my accessories feel more refined which is why I ended up opting for the gold square face with the back leather band.
