Last weekend, I had the incredible experience of attending the InStyle Oscars Viewing Party with the lovely editors of InStyle Magazine. It was a magical evening full of friends, champagne and delicious treats, including a popcorn station that I was pretty much glued to the entire night.
While this was a unique occasion, it got me thinking about special event dressing for Spring! If you’re attending a wedding, going to prom or simply have an event that you need a more formal look for, there’s no denying that shopping for it is a bit more challenging than shopping for everyday looks. What color? Is hi-low still a thing? Form fitting or A-line?
There are a few websites and designers that have been my goto’s, and while I could go on and on with lists of different styles I love, I thought I’d let this look inspire a round up of my favorite red dresses for Spring. It’s a color that’s been trending on the red carpet and definitely makes a statement off of it as well.
