From Cuba to Cannes to Cabo, Rome to Positano, and Provence, the #MMWorldTour💫 is certainly off to an exciting start! While I live for the experiences travel brings, it’s so fun curating looks for these destinations to inspire your travels. On our latest adventure, I teamed up with my Net-A-Porter family for an unforgettable trip to The Gansevoort Turks & Caicos but not before packing my suitcase with #JetAPorter ready selects from Net-A-Porters beautifully curated Vacation Shop. Whether its sundown style, breakfast in bed, or bikinis on the beach, their one-stop-shop is a destination in itself. The best part? You don’t need to book a flight there.
It was my very first time visiting Turks and only my second time in the the caribbean ever. I’m still dreaming of the crystal clear, warm, calm blue waters that graced the beaches of The Gansevoort. The vibe of the island and boutique resort is Caribbean cool – very relaxed and laid back – so I knew I’d be packing easy, ready-to-wear looks that I could throw on and go, like this Michael Kors dress (it’s $140!).
By now, you know my appreciation for color regardless of my destination. I have to admit, I actually pack according to the colors of the landscapes I’d be visiting. Mustard yellow has undeniably been one of this summer’s strongest colors and capturing the contrast of it against of the turquoise waters was a vision of mine.
I also opted for this playful playsuit by DVF, loving Jonathan Saunders twist on Diane’s classic wrap dress. The view from our ocean front balcony made for some brilliant cerulean blue moments.
As you embark on your travels this summer, I wish you first, happy shopping and secondly safe travels! If you’re looking for a few vacation ready items, there’s a pretty healthy edit below of my favorites. I’ve also included the look I’m wearing today.
And if you find yourself visiting Turks, The Gansevoort comes highly recommended not just by me, but it was also named one of the best resorts in the Atlantic by Condé Nast Traveler!
