As some of you might know, one of the biggest challenges of street style blogging in Los Angeles is finding a location where you’re actually allowed to shoot. Museums, historic locations and tourist hot spots are typically a big no no, you’ll get a major slap on the wrist by security or even worse, a fine!  I recently visited  Diane Von Furstenbergs, Journey of a Dress exhibit at LACMA and to my delight, the incredible fashion filled exhibit actually lends itself to the art of fashion, naturally! There is so much to be said for this installation, a must see! It is beyond inspiring to see how one woman has influenced generations of fashion. As Ms. Vreeland said herself in a note written in 1970, “this is what we need”.
