I am feeling overwhelmed with immeasurable joy that this brand and these products (that we’ve worked tirelessly to bring to life) can now finally make their way from our hearts to your table.

My connection to Italy runs deep, anchored in the memories of idyllic summers spent amidst my mothers Tuscan olive groves, under the warm embrace of the Mediterranean sun. These summers were not just about family; they were an education in the rich tapestry of Italian culinary traditions, passed down from generation to generation.

After a few years of dating, Freddie invited me to New York to meet his family for the first time, those feelings from my childhood summers in Italy were evoked – the Cipoletti family embodied the essence of Italian hospitality with their cherished tradition of Sunday supper. The warmth of their home and the aromas wafting from the kitchen became synonymous with love and togetherness. Through Freddie, I found a kindred spirit, someone who shared my passion for a personal devotion to family and culture.

Our love for Italy took us on countless adventures through the beautiful country that you have all been apart of through the years, each trip deepening our appreciation for its diverse culinary landscape. On our travels, we made it a ritual to bring back the finest olive oils, pastas, salts and so much more for my in-laws to try and savor. It was these experiences that ignited the spark for what would become Cucina Cipoletti.

Guided by our passion for authentic tastes and a reverence for culinary heritage, Freddie and I embarked on a journey to source the finest ingredients from artisanal and organic farmers across Italy. Our mission was clear: to bring the essence of Italian cuisine to families across the United States, one carefully curated product at a time.

We are proud to collaborate with artisanal craftsmen in Italy, utilizing sustainable and organic methods to develop our range of Cucina Cipoletti products. From our small-batch, heirloom pasta made in an artisanal Southern Italian pastificio to our hand-crafted Sicilian “Green Gold” olive oil, each product is a testament to our dedication to epicurean elegance.

As the brand evolves, I find myself embracing new challenges and pushing beyond my comfort zone. From product development to brand identity, every step of this journey has been a labor of love. Central to our brand’s visual identity is the signature illustrative style, inspired by traditional Italian design and emblematic of our commitment to family and culinary heritage.
